Goal Yourself

So today, we start our classes with a new year of 2009 and hopefully new goals. Supposedly, persons who set goals achieve more than ones who remain idle and aimless. In my life, this statistic is a fact. I've made daily goals (to-do lists), six month, and one year goals. I'm still working on the long term aspirations. For example, my friends and I start our training today for a half-marathon in April, the Country Music Marathon in Nashville.

We all have dreams and aspirations. This sounds cheesy and a bit cliche; however, someone once told me that things are cliche because they work. Manifest some something proactive. You get one life, so why not saturate yourself in what you love or perhaps something new.
